Today is Day 1 of the 24 Day Jumpstart!
Here is my morning regimen. Btw, the Salted Caramel Meal Replacement Shake is Yummy! I had a banana for my mid morning snack and a grilled chicken salad for lunch. Supper is going to be baked fish, grilled herb baby potatoes and steamed broccoli. I am trying to get 70 ounces of water down today. It is important to drink lots of water while on the cleanse phase. It helps rid the body of toxins. I have to say that the fiber drink followed by the meal replacement shake this morning really gave me a full feeling that lasted for hours. I love that!
